I have worked for Prysmian for 31 years in a variety of roles, and now a UK Sales Manager for Telecom. My role is split between Key Account Management (managing large existing Accounts) and New Business Development (potentially new Accounts), focused primarily on non-BT domestic operators that we refer to as Altnets (short for Alternative Network providers to BT Openreach). We are a cross functional team (Commercial, R & D, Logistics, Operations, Quality, and Finance) and only as strong as the weakest link!

I have been with Prysmian Group for just 1 year now as a UK Sales Manager for Telecom, although in the industry for 8 years plus, and it has been a great experience so far and one of the best organisations I am happy to be a part of. I am responsible for Key Account Management and Business Development in the Republic of Ireland and in our export markets in the Middle East & Africa, as well as all of our other Prysmian Affiliates across the group.
